Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Quality Control Auditor to perform inbound garment audits against Tech Packs, ensuring color, construction, and dimensional accuracy. You will maintain precise audit records and clearly communicate any nonconformances to the team. The role supports production throughput and fan experience with data-driven quality improvements.

The position is on-site in Norman, OK, with requirements to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Inspections of garments with color and dimensional accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of sewing and garment construction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) for record keeping.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound quality audits of garments against Tech Packs.
• Maintain accurate, legible audit records.
