Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Quality Control Auditor to join our on-site team in Norman, OK. You will perform inbound audits, verify garments against Tech Packs, and maintain precise records of findings, contributing to a culture of quality and accountability on the warehouse floor.

Responsibilities include communicating nonconformance clearly, supporting production throughput, and applying basic garment construction knowledge along with Microsoft Office tools to drive data-driven quality

Qualifications

• Physical product inspections with attention to detail, including color distinction and dimensional accuracy.
• Basic sewing knowledge to identify defects against Tech Pack specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office — Outlook, Word, and Excel for data entry and record keeping.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to explain quality rules and nonconformance clearly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound audits to verify garments conform to Tech Packs and maintain accurate, legible records of findings.
• Communicate nonconformance clearly to teammates and management to enable corrective action.
• Support production throughput targets to ensure fans receive orders accurately and on time.
• Apply basic garment construction knowledge to identify defect root causes and contribute to quality improvements.
