Job summary

Abacus is seeking a Product Integrity Supervisor in the Fort Worth, TX area to lead QC/VAS/POD teams and uphold garment inspection quality standards. You will supervise daily inspections, provide training, and ensure access to necessary tools and resources while communicating results and updates to the team.

The role requires knowledge of garment production, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. This position is Monday–Friday with standard daytime hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in textile, or fashion design.
• Experience in textile factories or weaving companies.
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Work ethic with personal integrity.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QC/VAS/POD teams and provide guidance and training as needed.
• Ensure the team has the necessary tools and resources.
• Supervise day-to-day inspections and projects.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures throughout the garment inspection process.
• Prepare reports and presentations.
• Communicate inspection results and corrective actions to the team.
