Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit contractors nationwide for network programs and assist with program inquiries.
• Present programs to potential contractors via telephone and referrals.
• Send marketing materials and applications to prospective contractors.
• Document call progress and productivity in automated systems.
• Analyze needs for contractor network coverage.
• Develop new recruitment strategies and interact with clients.
• Uphold Crawford Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
