Raydar, a fast-growing software company in Los Altos, California, is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead government customer implementations. You will onboard content, securely orchestrate services in a regulated cloud, and develop features across frontend and backend while communicating AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities include hosting customer meetings, balancing development with engagement, and traveling to DC-area sites.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in CS or related STEM field.
• 1–3 years engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead implementation for government customers onboarding content into the platform.
• Configure and securely orchestrate services in a government cloud environment.
• Build customer-requested frontend/backend features, including UI and data handling.
• Host customer meetings and explain AI concepts to stakeholders.
• Split time between development, customer engagement and coordination; development is largest portion.
• Travel to DC-area customer sites; travel costs covered.
