Job summary

Dueall Construction in Orlando is seeking a Foreman to lead our fast-paced reconstruction crews. The Foreman is hands-on, accountable for daily crew installations and quality inspections, and acts as the first level of supervision.

You will own daily quality checks, enforce safety, manage productivity, and coordinate with the Operations Department to meet project standards. Procore will be a key tool for inspections, photos, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated trade competency in at least one core scope: stucco, framing, siding, painting, or waterproofing.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Ability to read and work from shop drawings and approved submittals.
• Ability to direct a crew and hold them to workmanship standards.
• Procore inspections and photo documentation daily.
• Valid Florida driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily work plan and assign tasks to crew.
• Maintain crew productivity and report shortfalls.
• Perform daily Procore inspections at the point of work.
• Photograph conditions before concealment or non-conforming work.
• Deliver toolbox talks and enforce PPE compliance.
• Train new crew members and develop supervisory potential.
