Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 5 years of experience in carpentry or a related field required.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification required; OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and develops a crew of carpenters, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity.
• Coordinates daily work schedules, materials, and equipment to maintain workflow and meet project goals.
• Reviews drawings and specifications to guide accurate and efficient carpentry installation and fabrication.
• Conducts safety checks, enforces protocols, and ensures compliance with DPR and regulatory standards.
• Monitors progress, inspects completed work, and addresses issues promptly to maintain quality and timelines.
• Communicates project updates, challenges, and resource needs to leadership and other trades.
• Tracks crew hours, material use, and progress for reporting and project documentation.
