Job summary

Dueall Construction is seeking a Foreman in the Orlando area to lead our fast-paced exterior restoration crews. The Foreman is hands-on, supervising daily work, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity on site.

You will run crew assignments, conduct daily Procore inspections, stage materials, and develop crew members while adhering to OSHA 10 guidelines and Florida licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification minimum.
• Ability to read and work from shop drawings and approved submittals.
• Ability to direct a crew and hold a standard of workmanship.
• Valid Florida driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily work plan and assign tasks to crew members.
• Maintain crew productivity and report variances on the same day.
• Perform the daily Procore inspections at the point of work.
• Stage materials, tools, and equipment for the next day.
• Enforce safety and PPE compliance with no exceptions.
• Lead crew development and train new members to competency.
