Job summary

Digital Installation Group (DIG) is a leading dry utility design and construction company based in northern Virginia, delivering top-tier dry utility design and installation services. The Foreman will provide leadership on-site, prioritizing safety, quality, and adherence to project schedules, and act as the primary contact to ensure compliance with DIG, client, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in relevant field a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in dry utility construction or related field.
• Proficiency in construction principles and blueprint interpretation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; Bid2Win software knowledge desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass federal background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to company core values.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project deadlines.
• Implement and oversee quality control measures.
• Ensure subcontractors adhere to contractual obligations.
• Identify and address safety and compliance issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports.
• Coordinate with the project team to resolve construction conflicts.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce safety protocols.
• Develop and communicate work plans to the crew.
• Provide training and performance evaluations for crew members.
• Lead pre-construction meetings with subcontractors.
