Pine Springs Ranch Christian Youth Camp and Retreat Center is seeking a Food Service Director to oversee all food service operations for year-round camps and events. You will manage budgeting, staff recruitment, training, and scheduling, while ensuring healthy, appealing meals for guests and staff.

The role requires strong leadership, food safety expertise, and the ability to coordinate catering for special events within a faith-based setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in food service management, culinary arts, or related field; 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Culinary arts certificate or other relevant culinary certification may qualify.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience considered.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain food service standards, policies and procedures.
• Develop staff work schedules in line withDirector's priorities.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate food service staff including seasonal workers.
• Plan nutritious, well-balanced menus taking seasonal availability and costs into account.
• Order food products and supplies for efficient operations.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and rotation of food to ensure safety.
