Mentor Technical Group seeks a Food Quality Assurance Auditor to perform food quality and safety audits at base dining facilities in an on-site, rotating capacity. You will work closely with Mess Hall managers and subcontractors to ensure compliance and drive improvements in service delivery.

Required knowledge includes FDA Food Code, HACCP, and ServSafe certification. The role emphasizes detailed inspections, regulatory alignment, and collaboration with Base QA Evaluators and client

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in Hospitality, Food Science Technology, or related field.
• ServSafe certified.
• 2 years supervisory/management experience.
• Knowledge of FDA Food Code and Tri Service Food Code (TSFC) is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintain close working relationship with Mess Hall managers and subcontractors on quality and safety issues.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and training to mess hall management and employees for addressing non-conformance.
• Liaise with Base Quality Assurance Evaluators (QAE) and client representatives on performance and service matters.
• Help drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and service to the client.
• Interpret audit guidance policies and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Understand FDA Food Code and Tri Service Food Code (TSFC).
