• CVP Machine Operator: seal plastic bag containing product.
• Ice or CO2 Layer: cover product with correct amount of CO2 or ice.
• Stack Off: palletize finished product in correct configuration.
• Box Liner: line boxes with bags.
• Tray Pack: pack trays of chicken to company and customer standards.
