Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires good personal hygiene and adherence to local, state, and federal health codes and standards.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Constant focus and concentration to ensure safety and quality.
• Knowledge of SSOP and GMP.
• Knowledge of all product wash areas.

Responsibilities

• Thigh Debone: Remove the bone out of the thigh using wizard knife.
• CVP Machine Operator: Operating a CVP Machine to seal the plastic bag the product is in.
• Ice or CO2 Layer: Covering the product with the correct amount of CO2 or ice.
• Stack Off: Palletizing finished product by stacking product in the correct configuration on a pallet.
• Box Liner: Lining boxes with bags.
• Tray Pack: Packing trays of chicken to company and customer standards.
• Some tasks may require cutting or trimming with scissors or knives.
• Maintain food safety and quality throughout all tasks.
