Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; alternative pathway requires 3+ years’ industry experience.
• Must hold US passport and FAA medical with valid status.
• ATPL certification and type rating for Cessation Citation 525 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site flight support for owners and oversee flight operations and scheduling.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Manager to ensure maintenance compliance and airworthiness.
• Communicate with Chief Pilot and Director of Operations to meet safety and efficiency standards.
• Ensure currency, training, and adherence to procedures; manage flight logs and docs.
• Ensure compliance with FAA/ICAO regs and airline insurance requirements.
