CFS, located in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a Manager of Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting to lead SEC filings and drive reporting excellence. This fully in-office role collaborates with executive leadership including the CFO to modernize controls and accounting operations.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of public company accounting, strong SEC expertise, and CPA preferred. You will shape governance, partner with auditors, and pursue process improvements in a high-visibility

Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting experience with strong SEC and external reporting expertise.
• Experience working within a public company environment.
• CPA preferred (or actively pursuing certification).
• Prior leadership experience preferred; exceptional Senior Accountants with public company reporting experience will be considered.

• Lead SEC filings and external financial reporting activities
• Support technical accounting matters and accounting operations initiatives
• Drive internal controls, compliance, and reporting accuracy across the organization
