Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; CPA/CMA preferred
• Strong background in GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting
• Experience with month-end close, consolidation, and internal controls
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling)
• Experience with multi-location retail or fuel industries preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Supervise accounting staff and ensure accurate close timelines.
• Coordinate external audits and tax filings.
• Provide actionable financial insights to leadership for strategic decisions.
• Drive process improvements across the finance function.
