Job summary

This on-site, part-time internship for Fall 2026 offers compensation of $17-$20 per hour, based on education and experience. Candidates must be enrolled in a college program in accounting/finance/business and possess strong Excel skills and

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing Accounting/Finance/Business.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Support general accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain fixed asset records and related accounting.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and analyses.
• Assist with gathering documentation for internal and external audits.
• Support continuous improvement projects within Finance.
• Collaborate with Finance and other departments on tasks.
