Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a finance professional to join the Prepared Foods Supply Chain FP&A team. This role provides financial support primarily focused on Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and participates in forecasting, cost analyses, and the annual plan.

Responsibilities include supporting the 18-month rolling COGS forecast, the monthly close, and validating cost changes, with cross-functional collaboration across plant and BU finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data and financial systems.
• Excellent prioritization and organizational capabilities; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly forecasting, cost analyses, and the monthly close.
• Assist with the annual operating plan and strategic initiatives.
• Validate cost changes and analyze costs of manufactured products.
• Support and manage the CRF cost request process with plant and BU finance teams.
• Handle ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed.
