Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six years of field service experience on material handling equipment; at least two years on Hyster, Yale, Clark or similar.
• Ability to read repair manuals and parts diagrams.
• Must be able to lift up to 95 pounds and operate service vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform major field repairs to material handling equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, replacements, or rebuilding of components.
• Load service truck with parts and equipment for field work.
• Use hand and power tools to repair engines, transmissions, or other components.
• Perform safety checks and document repair activities.
• Test, recalibrate equipment and train operators when necessary.
