Job summary

jbtm is seeking a Field Service Technician to service Marel machinery at client sites across the assigned territory. You’ll troubleshoot, install, maintain, repair, and train customers, ensuring uptime and satisfaction.

You will report to the Field Service Manager and coordinate closely with customers, scheduling visits and documenting progress.

The role requires willingness to travel extensively and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, reflecting the hands-on, field-based nature of the job.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, maintain Marel machinery at client sites; provide customer training and aftercare for new installations; report progress and stay in contact with the customer.
• Report to the Field Service Manager.
• Extensive travel within the allotted territory.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
