Concept Careers is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair milling machines and metrology equipment at client sites or the service center in MN/WI.

The role requires 1+ year in a related field, strong communication, and basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills. You will manage service reports, ensure up-to-date certifications, and maintain van inventory. 40-hour minimum week; on-site work with travel.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent college/technical school.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar field.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Moderate product knowledge from hands-on experience.
• Basic mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Must understand machines/milling/metrology and schematics.
• Ability to use basic electrical testing/diagnostic equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Aufgaben

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair milling machines, lathes, saws, grinding, and metrology equipment at service centers or customer sites.
• Complete reporting of service work, time sheets, and related reports.
• Keep training and certifications up-to-date.
• Maintain spare parts stock in the service van and keep the van presentable.
