TOKYO ELECTRON AMERICA, INC. is seeking a Field Service/Start-Up Engineer II to provide on-site technical support, installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance for complex equipment at customer sites in Austin, TX.

The role requires a proactive approach to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Under moderate supervision, you will document service activities, train customers, and collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site technical support to customers and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Perform equipment installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance per guidelines.
• Carry out inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
• Accurately document service activities, reports, and communications.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager and team to improve processes and quality.
• Train customers on safe operation and basic troubleshooting.
