Applied-Research-Associates, Inc. is seeking a staff project manager to support RDT&E activities in the Aircraft Operating Surfaces Group on-site at Tyndall AFB, FL.

You will lead and coordinate technical projects spanning structures, pavements, materials, and geotechnical engineering. The role requires coordinating activities, monitoring schedules, supervising technician staff, and ensuring documentation and compliance with project plans.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience, or 8+ years with no degree.
• Experience in project management, field operations, and coordination of technical teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day project scheduling, workflow planning, and progress tracking.
• Manage project budgets, procurement, and material/labor cost oversight.
• Prepare daily progress summaries, formal reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and field personnel to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Develop and execute test plans, data collection procedures, and operational protocols.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and safety policies.
