CHEP UK Ltd. is seeking a Field Services Representative to own the end-to-end quality experience across Roanoke-based customer sites and service centers.

You will act as the customer advocate, conduct audits, and drive improvements in collaboration with operations, quality, and sales teams. The role requires on-site work in Roanoke, frequent travel to customer locations, and a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer quality experience across assigned territory.
• Act as voice of the customer in field-based quality matters.
• Perform territory-based quality programs, inspections, audits, and on-site reviews.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Monitor quality indicators and drive corrective actions.
• Support asset productivity and reduce damage, rejections, and disruptions.
• Contribute to customer growth and onboarding within the territory.
