Spicer Group is seeking an experienced Field Engineer to support construction administration and inspection on public and private infrastructure projects. This on-site role serves as a key representative, verifying conformance, interpreting specifications, and communicating field conditions to the Project Manager and Construction Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Region-based industry certifications may be required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Observes work in progress to ensure conformance with specifications.
• Examines workmanship of finished installations for conformity to standards.
• Interprets specifications related to materials and workmanship.
• Prepares sketches and incorporates field changes into master plans.
• Maintains daily inspection report of construction activities.
• Liaises between client, contractor, and project manager.
• Ensures safety training and LMS compliance.
