Glass Roots Construction (GRC) seeks a high-performing Project Manager to lead underground utility projects from inception to completion in the Reno area. You will drive project profitability, cultivate client relationships, and uphold safety and quality standards while mentoring field teams.

This leadership role requires navigating civil construction complexities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of outside plant construction experience.
• 2+ years in telecom construction and design (FTTx).
• Proven ability to manage aggressive RFP and design-construction schedules.
• Executive-level communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site field vendors and crews to expedite fiber network construction.
• Interface with municipalities and clients to review scopes and permits.
• Oversee permitting and engineering timelines.
• Monitor budgets and track project profitability.
• Travel up to 25% regionally.
