Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 4+ years of project management or project coordination experience in telecom, utility, or infrastructure construction.
• Familiarity with fiber OSP construction workflows, including design, permitting, and field execution phases and how they interact.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering delivery schedule for assigned projects, tracking milestones and ensuring ongoing status across all workstreams.
• Identify schedule risks, resource constraints, and scope gaps; escalate with context and mitigation suggestions.
• Manage design package flow from initiation through completion, ensuring proper handoffs between design, permitting, and field ops.
• Maintain project trackers and reports for leadership visibility into delivery progress.
• Coordinate with design, permit coordinator, field operations, and project management to avoid delays.
