Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: JD/LLB from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in a specialized area of law.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform broad and moderately complex legal assignments in FERC regulations and policies.
• Assist more experienced attorneys in agency proceedings and related litigation.
