Job summary

Johnson Controls Federal Systems seeks a Project Manager to lead federal energy and building systems projects at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield near Savannah, GA. You will oversee installation, maintenance, BAS and electrical work, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety and compliance with DoD standards.

Candidates should have 5+ years of federal M&S experience, a BS degree from an ABET-accredited program, and strong MS Project and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience supporting a federal government maintenance and service contract.
• Experience managing mechanical, electrical, or HVAC trades on projects.
• Strong scheduling and coordination for labor and materials.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site leader for installation, service, and maintenance of building systems.
• Manage procurement, subcontractors, and subcontracts; ensure contract compliance.
• Develop project schedules and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Communicate progress and financial status to leadership.
