Job summary

Clear Global Solutions LLC (CGS) is seeking an experienced on-site Construction Project Manager III to lead large-scale Federal GSA projects in the Seattle, WA area. You will serve as the primary counterpart to client management, directing multiple projects and teams across construction, rehabilitation, infrastructure, and capital programs.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, coordinating designs and construction, reviewing performance, and maintaining schedules. U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management or construction management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (Secret/Top Secret/Public Trust).
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME and inspector for day-to-day project management from planning through occupancy.
• Resolve complex problems to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and manage all aspects of programs and contracts.
