Job summary

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a Facility Site Lead / Lead Maintenance Technician to support an educational customer on the northwest side of Greater Cincinnati. The role requires dependable on-site presence, leadership of the facilities team, and the ability to perform light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call emergency availability. Compensation ranges from $25 to $28 per hour, with benefits including health/dental/vision and paid

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Strong leadership with servant leadership mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot general maintenance issues.
• Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with a wide range of persons.
• Ability to self-manage and perform duties beyond satisfaction.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day repairs in general maintenance, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Oversee staff, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Support fire systems and life safety compliance.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in client meetings.
• Manage work orders and bid for services.
• Escalate critical tasks when needed.
