Typical hours are 7:30am–4:30pm, with occasional on-call rotations. Essential duties include performing repairs, preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Commercial Facilities Maintenance Services.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to self-manage and deliver services with quality.
• Effective communication and time management skills.
• Must pass a background check, drug screening, and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs.
• Complete work in light electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general maintenance.
• Troubleshoot building repair issues.
• Support small projects and special requests.
• Conduct periodic safety inspections and proactive tasks.
• Maintain tools, records, and truck stock.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in meetings.
• Use computer to monitor work orders and update status.
• Other tasks as assigned.

If you are looking for a team that values you and your career potential, our teams are here to support your growth potential. tdgFacilities is looking for a Full-Time Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio / Northern Kentucky area to help serve our clients in the region. This role requires knowledge of corrective, preventative, and routine repair and maintenance procedures which may include general carpentry, light electrical/plumbing, painting, and other general maintenance tasks. Experience with basic HVAC filter changes and preventative maintenance support is a plus. Additional skill sets such as commercial garage door repair, drywall and light construction experience are a plus. This position includes a company vehicle. Schedules are generally between 7:30am and 4:30pm, with occasional on-call rotation duties (shared throughout the team).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician

• Perform general building maintenance including timely on demand repairs and scheduled maintenance
• Complete work in general skilled areas including light electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general systems maintenance
• Troubleshoot general building repair issues
• Small project work / provide special project support
• Conduct periodic safety inspections, and other proactive facilities requests
• Maintain and use tools and equipment properly
• Maintain detailed and complete records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities
• Maintain truck stock and inventory within company guidelines
• Develop and maintain client relationships including participation in client meetings
• Use computer to modify and monitor work order management system
• Other tasks as assigned
