Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in facilities maintenance, yard operations, or similar hands-on roles preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to perform physical outdoor work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of building exterior, yard, outdoor warehouse areas, and surrounding facilities.
• Identify and address safety hazards and maintenance concerns; ensure proper storage of tools and materials.
• Take initiative to locate owners of misplaced items and ensure proper return or removal.
• Coordinate with department managers to establish designated storage locations and improve housekeeping.
• Assist with basic facility maintenance tasks and minor repairs; operate forklift to move and store materials.
• Support other departments as needed and prepare outdoor areas for deliveries and operations.
