Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Current forklift certification required.
• Previous experience in facilities maintenance, yard operations, warehouse organization, property upkeep, or a similar hands-on role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to perform physical outdoor work.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to manage daily priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the overall cleanliness, organization, and appearance of building exterior, yard, and outdoor warehouse areas.
• Perform daily walkthroughs to identify areas requiring cleaning, organization, maintenance, or immediate attention.
• Keep outdoor spaces, storage areas, walkways, and work zones clean, safe, and free of clutter.
• Ensure equipment, tools, materials, and other items are properly stored.
• Identify and address potential safety hazards and maintenance concerns.
• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing equipment and supplies as needed.
• Support warehouse, production, and other departments when additional assistance is required.
