A Facilities Technician is sought by ACH Child and Family Services to maintain and repair agency buildings and grounds, perform preventive maintenance, and support events. Responsibilities include responding to on-call needs, moving furniture, landscaping, and coordinating with the Facilities Manager to uphold safety and cleanliness across sites in Fort Worth, TX.

Qualifikationen

• High school education or equivalent.
• Experience in general maintenance (carpentry, electrical basics, grounds, janitorial, painting, vehicle maintenance).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, up to 100 pounds with assistance; valid Texas driver’s license.
• No felony or criminal offense against a child.

Aufgaben

• Assist with preventive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Complete work orders and maintain indoor/outdoor spaces.
• Support landscaping, cleaning and minor repairs; assist with events.
• Move/assemble furniture and support weather preparedness and recovery.
• Travel between sites as needed and provide excellent customer service.
