Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in facility upkeep, building trades, or commercial property maintenance.
• Solid general repair and carpentry skills.
• Good communication abilities.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work safely on ladders or lifts.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass criminal background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance on building systems and HVAC.
