Core responsibilities also include maintaining safety standards, managing supply inventories, and responding promptly to urgent site repair needs.

We are seeking a strong self-starter with 2+ years of experience in facility upkeep, building trades, or commercial property maintenance. Candidates must possess solid general repair and carpentry skills, good communication abilities, and the capacity to lift 50+ lbs and work safely on ladders or lifts. A valid driver's license is required, along with the ability to pass criminal background and drug screenings.
