Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance procedures for mechanical equipment and systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
• Comfort using hand tools and power tools with safety awareness.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dealership building, electrical systems, and machinery to ensure uptime.
• Coordinate tasks and errands for all departments as directed.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Move equipment, furniture, and vehicles as needed and load/unload materials.
• Inspect facilities to ensure safety standards and compliance.
• Oversee grounds and buildings to maintain a safe working environment.
• Deliver and pick up equipment to off-site locations and interact with vendors.
