Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Facilities Management Lead to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across multiple locations. The role focuses on plumbing, electrical, and communications systems, with responsibility for PM tasks, repairs, and regulatory compliance.

The candidate will manage staff, assign work, train teams, and ensure timely completion of required tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards at the facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 13–24 months of specialized training.
• 3–5 years of job-related experience in maintenance fields.
• Experience with CMMS Archibus preferred.
• Licensed trades: Electrician, Plumber, HVAC, Boiler per role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan, schedule, prioritize, coordinate, and perform maintenance across facilities.
• Perform major and minor repairs to mechanical systems.
• Assign PM tasks, installations and troubleshoot systems.
• Monitor staff performance and provide technical guidance.
• Prepare work schedules and train/orient staff; evaluate performance.
