Qualifications

• Experience managing maintenance or facilities teams in a production or care facility.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, HVAC, electrical systems and maintenance practices.
• Proficient with CMMS to track work orders and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team to meet safety and performance standards.
• Oversee CMMS for work orders, inventory, and preventive maintenance.
• Inspect facilities and equipment for compliance and needs.
• Develop maintenance strategies for HVAC, PLC, and critical equipment.
• Lead facility improvement projects with minimal operational disruption.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and interpret schematics.
• Provide training and support on safety and maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments.
