Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as engineering or science.
• 3+ years of facilities, maintenance, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing and building infrastructure.
• Experience leading facility improvement projects.
• Knowledge of OSHA and building codes.
• Experience managing contractors and external service providers.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, optimize, and improve facility infrastructure and utility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Lead facility-related projects and equipment installations.
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and building code compliance.
• Manage contractors and procurement activities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, HSE, and Operations.
• Provide guidance to maintenance personnel.
