Job summary

George P. Johnson Experience Marketing is seeking a Fabrication Producer for on-site work in Nashville or Las Vegas.

You will report to the relevant office at least five days a week and handle roughly 30% travel, coordinating fabrication scopes with Accounts, IP, PMs, and Estimators. You will serve as the fabrication point-of-contact through initiation, estimating, fabrication, shipping, and post-show phases, ensuring budgets, timelines and design intent align while managing change orders and

Qualifications

• Lead program scope with Account and IP teams to guide client toward goals.
• Lead meetings with Creative Teams and 3D designers on fabrication methods.
• Identify fabrication locations with fabrication leadership.
• Provide schedules for fabrication and logistics workbacks.
• Monitor budgets and identify change orders.

Responsibilities

• Act as fabrication point-of-contact during initiation and escalation.
• Collaborate with PMs, Estimators and Directors to monitor project health and scopes.
• Document SCORES and ensure alignment with budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with Logistics for shipping, installation and post-show tasks.
• Attend and contribute to daily production meetings and client reviews.
