Job summary

Great Basin Industrial, LLC is seeking a skilled Fabrication Project Manager to oversee and manage all fabrication projects. You will ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

This in-person role is based in Plymouth, UT, with a full-time salaried employment type. The position requires 6+ years of industrial project management experience and a strong background in fabrication processes, materials, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within a fabrication or industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of fabrication projects, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence.
• Serve as main contact for stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Develop schedules, monitor progress, and report variances in scope, schedule, or budget.
