Postino Winecafe is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage daily inventory data across multiple units. You will optimize our Food & Beverage master data, maintain item descriptions, pack sizes, units of measure, pricing, and vendor records, while supporting procurement and culinary teams.

This on-site, full-time role requires sharp attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Margin Edge or Crunchtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; business/hospitality or related field preferred.
• 2+ years experience in inventory systems and operations.
• Experience with Margin Edge or Crunchtime preferred.
• Strong data-management and reporting skills.
• Ability to interpret inventory, pricing, purchasing, and operational reports.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain inventory data across systems.
• Generate reports and analyze variances.
• Audit data quality and purchasing compliance.
• Roll out inventory platforms and train staff.
• Support new restaurant openings with setup and documentation.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Beverage, and Culinary teams.
• Communicate inventory status and project progress across departments.
