Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Youngstown, OH (100% on-site) to join a premier eyewear retailer and manufacturer. The role offers a 6-month contract with a fixed schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at $17.00 per hour, providing an excellent opportunity to gain experience in optical retail and lens manufacturing.

You will handle calls, emails, and chats, enter orders accurately, and strive for one-call resolution while building product knowledge and promoting

Qualifications

• Experience guiding customers through calls, emails, and chats.
• Ability to enter orders accurately and maintain data quality.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a patient, solutions-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer care by handling calls, emails, and chats.
• Enter customer orders accurately and resolve inquiries.
• Demonstrate follow-through to achieve one-call resolution.
