Job summary

Access TCA in Whitinsville, MA, seeks a Project Manager for Exhibits and Tradeshows to coordinate design, production, and on-site execution. You will serve as the hub for workflow among clients, design, and event teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

The role requires five years in exhibit/ tradeshow environments, strong CAD interpretation, and excellent communication. On-site with travel as needed, extended hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years in exhibit or trade show industries.
• Minimum of five years as a Project Manager or in Operational Management.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to interpret CAD drawings.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a single point of contact for on-site supervisors with production questions.
• Review client schedules with internal teams to align resources.
• Drive production launches and lead launch meetings.
• Work with detailing to approve construction drawings before production.
• Participate in pre-show planning with client services and field supervisors.
• Manage client previews and participate in design launch meetings.
• Interact with clients and participate in weekly calls.
• Oversee quality control and QA procedures for deliverables.
• Coordinate post-show inspections and final damage report pricing with teams.
• Establish material counts with estimator and shop supervisor.
• Work with estimating and accounts teams to identify cost efficiencies.
• Manage production and scheduling of projects with limited supervision.
