Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation seeks an on-site Executive Director to oversee all operations at the Gresham community, coordinating with residents, families, staff and local partners.

You will manage budgets and cash flow, hire and develop staff, ensure licensing compliance, retain residents, and promote the community locally to maintain occupancy.

A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred and 3+ years in sales/marketing or business management in senior housing; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales/marketing or business management experience, preferably in the Senior Housing Industry.
• Active Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the on-site executive for all operations, serving as the main contact for staff, residents, prospects and local partners.
• Maintains resident retention by working with residents and their families and addressing issues promptly.
• Responds timely to walk-ins, phone-ins, and mail-ins and maintains competitive awareness.
• Keeps up to date with information about competitors and industry trends.
• Meets expectations for leases, occupancy and meaningful community contacts.
• Maintains budget accountability and cash flow, minimizing variances and deficits.
• Hire, train, discipline, and terminate staff per corporate policy.
• Maintain local, state, and federal licenses for the community.
• Protect resident rights and assist residents in informed decision making.
• Represent the community in local/state/professional organizations and civic activities.
• Manage other staff and leadership roles as needed.
