Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a part-time facility attendant for the Wildwoods Convention Center in Wildwood, NJ. You will assist with cleaning, event setup, and equipment handling to ensure smooth operations for concerts, meetings, and exhibitions.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to work a flexible on-site schedule. English and Spanish bilingual skills are a plus, and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift to 50lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience maintaining a first-class facility is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize assignments for efficiency.
• Valid Driver’s License is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assists with general cleaning and upkeep of the facility.
• Sets up and breaks down tables, chairs, risers, staging, barricades, pipe and drape, and other equipment for events.
• Assists with loading and unloading equipment, supplies, and materials as needed.
• Performs room conversions and event changeovers per specifications and timelines.
• Assists with trash removal, recycling, floor maintenance, and general facility appearance before, during, and after events.
• Responds to operational requests from staff, clients, promoters, and guests in a professional manner.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of storage areas, workspaces, docks, and operational areas.
• Operates equipment safely following procedures.
• Identifies and reports maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Performs other duties to support event success.
