PopStroke Entertainment Group is seeking a Facilities Technician to maintain outdoor and indoor spaces, ensuring safety and guest delight. You’ll inspect, repair, and upgrade grounds, systems, and amenities while keeping records and coordinating with staff.

This non-exempt role requires weekend/holiday availability and hands-on problem solving to keep venues pristine and engaging for guests. We value ownership and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in facilities maintenance and landscaping.
• Ability to operate equipment safely.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and landscaping requirements.
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks (painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC).
• Monitor and maintain the misting system.
• Keep areas clean and safe; sweep, mop, and pressure wash.
• Replenish supplies and report hazards to a supervisor.
