Job summary

DIHO Consulting USA, LLC. in Houston, TX seeks a Data Entry/Remittance Processor to sort, open, extract, and prepare transactions per client rules. This is a Level 1, on-site role with a 1:00 PM–9:30 PM schedule, Monday through Friday.

You will enter remittance data with a 10-key pad, balance transactions, and follow strict security procedures while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of data entry experience.
• Proficiency with 10-key keypad.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
• Reliable attendance and effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Open mail and extract paper invoices/payments.
• Sort and batch transactions.
• Scan, index, image capture, and reconcile payments/invoices.
• Analyze transactions to ensure proper processing.
• Enter remittance data using a 10-key pad.
• Balance multiple transactions for processing.
• Follow security procedures for the company and department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
